Report comment

I don't consider there s any breach of client privilege. The firm and client entered into a contract, and both can publicly refer to its terms.
The content of the work done pursuant to that contract is privileged.
I'm unclear from every report if this firm is:
a) a solicitors firm that effectively only does conveyancing; or
b) a licenced conveyancer.
The fact that no-one is clear rather indicates how successfully the SRA et al have confused the public as to what kind of professional they are dealing with.
