It is odd that the form on the conveyancer's website to seek a quote asks 9 questions which are all relevant to SDLT. Why would they want that information if they don't provide specialist SDLT advice and therefore the information can't have a bearing on the quote?

It is also curious that on the page on buying a property they refer to 'links below' yet there is no link.
