The system is a complete shambles.We are unfortunately part of the pilot sheme and if I was a conspiracy theorist I would suspect it was a plot to close down our legal aid matrimonial dept.We cannot get access to complete Applications and when we do they take an hour to complete that is if the sysyem doesnt crash when you are halfway through.We cannot get POA s or discharge of the Certificates and I have had staff trying to access the system in the middle of the night to see if that works.Needless to say it does not.I do not believe the system is capable of repair and suggest the LAA admit defeat or else risk a deluge of claims against it.
