Sir Richard, if these pro-Europeans had any idea, any idea, how trials over there are fixed they would be amazed. They just did not want a trial on the Princess Diana crash so when we asked for the judge to look into their offence of putting others in danger, he simply replied that if the danger materialises and injury follows there is no longer an offence! And that was after initially accepting the claim!

My subsequent experiences litigating over there have encountered similar thinking of, well shall we just call it, an uncooperative nature. France, and a lot of other European countries, are post-revolutionary states and as with all such regimes they like to micromanage everything. Liberty, equality, fraternity, not bloody likely!
