Report comment

Regretably I consider the solicitors were at fault in failing to disclose. I am afraid we live in a culture where you must report to the lender literally everything however insignificant or unreasonable even if necesary the colour of your socks the day you sign the report on title. It is of course ridiculous we have to go to these extremes but this is the the way conveyancing has progressed thanks to - well -so many politically correct bodies with time on their hands for want of another expression.
