You mean 'There 's no smoke without fire'? In our legal system (unlike Scotland) 'not guilty' means 'innocent in the eyes of the law'. But in this case, when you have one alleged complainant actually saying that he didn't consider he'd been the victim of a crime, and another alleged victim agreeing that he had willingly got into bed with the man without any clothes on, I think Mr Evans is entitled to regard an acquittal as showing he is morally as well as legally innocent.
