United Kingdom Association of Part Time Judges- it's a valid point - but focussing on the LiP will cost time and money. Once upon a time that focus might have been more likely undertaken by a professional

The Court might like to help LiP's save for the fact that the message for professional practitioners is that court time is sacred, efficiency is paramount and woe betide a professional that doesn't do something by the book
So if we are going to have a two tier system where LiPs are helped and indulged, but legally represented clients are not, surely the logical advice for clients should be 'represent yourself' ?
