It's one thing being your usual union official barking demands at your panel solicitors to run risky cases to the hilt but quite another when it's your own firm and coffers at stake.
People really need to remember that it's not as easy as everyone seems to think to make a seamless and profitable transition from a business to alternative business structure/law firm. Just because these things happen doesn't mean they are going to be a resounding success.
