Neville Filar. You have been taken in by the government's misinformation. Agreed that our constitution is not in one document like the American one. This is because ours was developed from Magna Carta onwards and why America did a virtual copy. The government slipped up recently by stating in parliamen that OUR CONSTITUTION NEEDS AMENDING due to them giving advantages to the Scots to get a no referendum result.
The government want to rewrite it, i.e. cover up their previous illegal activities. Being brutally honest, people like you are helping them in their deciet. If you feel a little bit guilty spread the truth. It's out there if you look.
