Truly unbelievable. Grayling is clearly confusing third party capture with pre-med offers! MedCo can't possibly stop third party capture. Another example of a Minister of Justice who has no idea what he is talking about. As for MedCo, isn't it going to be great to be "allocated" an expert at random without presumably any idea of how quick the appointment will be, how quickly the report will be produced and when the expert will require payment. The law firm will also have the additional cost of corresponding and communicating with many experts instead of a medical agency with its established lines of communication with its experts. It's all a recipe for disaster cooked up by the Minister with his friends at the ABI.
