No - I am deadly serious. If you do not want to be disturbed by calls (to call it plagued is pure hyperbole) why do you answer the phone ? Either ignore them, bar them or go on TPS. There are much more serious issues affecting the profession such as the rise (and in some cases fall) of ABS's, the inhumane legal aid cuts and the wholesale erosion of the rule of law and access to justice. Finally putting your name to your comments does not make them any or less cogent.
