Other similar set ups are still calling from UK based call centres (often Merseyside judging by the accents) and actively encouraging fraudulent claims- some of the scripts include "The insurer has the money ready for you that money will be kept by them if you don't claim in 3 months"; "You may have been injured and not known it- masked by alcohol or a good night's sleep"; "The other driver is claiming against you" (when it was a non fault accident, in attempt to make the recipient of the call feel like they are being subjected to some make believe injustice) "You may not think you have whiplash but go see our doctor because you never know". The Regulators are still being very slow to target this and stop it.
