What, you mean like the old White Book and Green Book that we all had and knew?

Simplify them.... by bringing in an entirely separate code in lever arch file format before they've actually been finished and having a brown book, blue book, white book, and green book, all in different format you mean?

Having so many rules that they need practice directions and endless satellite litigation, and being required to do and pay more in court fees, and then be criticized that litigation is to expensive?

Bring in conditional fee funding, slash legal aid, and then fail to implement the law properly on conditional fee funding by 5 consecutive pieces of regulation, only to scrap it later...

...that sort of simple? We've been having your simple ideas for 16 years chaps. Funny how it all became 'too expensive' after you retired from practice with your massive brief fees too, eh?
