The whole Justice system should be self-financing...
1. Everyone convicted of a crime should face fines to cover the prosecution and incarceration costs in addition to a punitive fine on top of it.
2. Incarceration should be outsourced....if I can get South Africa or Zimbabwe to provide prison services for 1/3 of what it costs the UK taxpayers then why not?
