This change is without merit. Why can't we adopt a more robust approach - our method is both juster and better than theirs. They should follow us.

Likewise 'Freedom of Panorama'. This has never needed protecting before because we've never recognised any such private right that it's supposed to give some people freedom from. There is no abuse that anyone has suffered from the UK's simple approach. The world would be better off following us. We should say so.
