I do pro bono - its called making an online legal aid application - don't get paid for the many hours sorting them out - its called taking phone calls from those who will never instruct me privately - its the Court work I do for those whose cases never attract legal aid privately - sorting out fines for those who cant - variations on orders of all types to think of just a few - Im not worried about this suggestion because most lawyers I know do this type of pro bono - just seems to me people don't recognise it ! Will government include these areas as part of the mandatory 10% -
Legal aid lawyers are NOT fat cats and the government should recognise that too!
