1. Why not have uncontested divorce petitions issued and stamped 'granted' for a fixed £100.00 fee?

2. Contested Divorce actions to raise a fee of £1,000.00 from the Respondent. After all, I am very old and old fashioned but newly weds these days think marriage is a 5 minutes job?

3. Money claims: a fee of 10% of the amount in dispute, the loser to pay double fees to the Court, stop silly claims.

4. Criminal Legal Aid automatically for solicitor only at magistrates court level but if convicted to pay the costs (fat chance from my memory of many clients!!). Higher Courts to be subject to rigorous means test.

5. The various issue and interim type application fees are so high that any litigant must have significant means even to knock at the door of Access to Justice which is now a nasty smelly joke.for HM Subject A Doe.

6. Will the Government apologise to Lord Woolf for insulting him so? Fat chance!
