Despite LiPs not being a personal drain on the legal aid fund, their unstoppable depletion of public resources is unbelievable. I suspect that the withdrawal of civil legal Aid is really to empty the Civil Courts of professionally represented litigants to make way for the droves of LiPs dragging their way through the entire system irrespective of merits, law or even justice.
Should make the Secretary of State for Injustice delighted, all these buckshee litigants keeping boba fide ones out of those Courts that are still open.
