Seems more likely that Resolution just want to replace one legal aid gravy train with another.

Has anyone even worked out that most Mediation couldn't ever work. It can have its pleasant co-operative outcomes but by the time implacably hostile circumstances are heading for Court it unlikely Mediation will serve any useful purpose - other than in generating fees.

The staring point of shared and equal parenting should be just that - it isn't in reality. Why would anyone settle for an unequal resolution?
