I have a money saving idea, why don't we sell the houses of parliament (which will save the £7bn refurbishment cost) and then get the MP's to argue on an online forum. We can then see what is discussed (like watching PMQ's). What will this achieve?

1. No second home allowance;
2. No travel expenses (sell the jags);
3. No £39 breakfast on the tax payer;
4. An exciting new hotel/museum in London;
5. More time for MP's to actually earn their salary.

So, Mr MP, what say you now? You expect Solicitors to take a pay cut when you get 10% pay increase but this will dramatically affect your income!!!
