All in the week 81 people are convicted in one of the UKs biggest fraud cases / crash for cash - Aviva (4 cases) seem to be taking the lead against PI lawyers and CMCs - what did they do to prevent these frauds and why does it take 2-4 years to investigate ? Shocking. Spend up front to save long term.
Insurers will say one thing, an do another - all a complete farce.
Why are other insurers not involved as much in the media in speaking out ?
Make insurers do their jobs properly, spend money, and become uber efficient in the processing of claims, and dealing with genuine customers. Not taking premiums in the blink of any eye but then taking forever back end assuming everything is fraud.
