Ah, how lovely of them.

Perhaps they would like to tell us what they've been doing with the absolutely massive savings since the protocol AND portal claims then, eh?

Funny how I read about Aviva making massive profits. That would mean money back to their shareholders, wouldn't it?

I'm sorry, but we have these ludicrous promises of a huge.... £50.... a year on policies - and I'll believe that when I see it - and the Government whinging on and on about how expensive litigation is, whipping away ATE and success fee recoverability, cutting costs, removing legal aid for family, and increasing court fees by up to 600% for severely injured or ripped off claimants.

You absolutely could not make it up. The worst thing is that no matter that access has been ripped away from the public, they're blind, deaf and dumb to it, and not interested when we mention it.

This has to be the very, very worst time to be a lawyer, trying to do the best for your client, with a Government wedded to insurers profits, and no interest in any semblance of justice. The beggars are even selling the bloomin' court buildings!
