A few years ago I hear a popular musician called Will Young say that we shall have reached the stage when discrimination is not an issue when people stop talking about it. It seems we may not yet be there, but we should work towards it.

I have worked with homosexual lawyers: sometimes knowing it, but probably more often not doing so: and that is how it should be.

I try to assess people by their character and their quality as lawyers. Their sexual conduct is of no relevance or interest.
