So David and anonymous of 01.31 pm ...what are WE going to do about it? It might render temporary (very temporary) satisfaction to express our feelings, but it gets us nowhere. If the Law Society were to take a lead that would be a start...take a leaf out of the BMA's book...this is really a public interest question. The general public won't realise until it's too late that legal services as cheap as they would like them to be are no legal services at all...I as a member of the public want to be able to have a choice of properly qualified and competent people to instruct...how much longer will it be before these people do not exist?
