David Cameron and his Government are an embarrassment. So you shouldn't be able to sue the MOD if you have suffered physical harm and financial loss as a result of their negligence, but you can be sued by the same Government for doing your job on active service as a soldier with a witch hunt following every enemy death. Why would anyone join the military? A complete joke, only one that is far from funny.
