The SRA are quite appalling. Five months since their last letter to me during which they acted as judge and jury with no evidence from us. Then yet again they send a letter demanding an immediate response. They make assumptions about their own regulations instead of reading them. They have no idea as to the law which does of course impact upon their decisions. Then they refused to give us the name of the person to complain to which is also against their own regulations.
