Why not use simple common sense to read the simple report? The matter is not about sending 'more whites to prison to balance it up'
It says: ' if you’re black, it seems you’re more likely to be sentenced to custody for a crime than if you’re white.' very simple even for a school pupil to understand!
David Cameron must have had people like you working in our court system in mind!
