There's no point in that, John. Government will do what government wants to do. They are in the pockets of the insurers, and have been busy legislating the insurers' agenda since 2010.

I'm all for unity and a united front, but it would be a betrayal of all that is right and just for claimant representatives to join cause with defendant representatives, given the fixed position of the latter. Defendant lawyers care not one jot about justice for claimants, and why should they? That is not their raison d'etre. This is contentious work, they're on the other side of it and that's fine.

My enemy's enemy is not my friend. If he attacks my enemy on a different front, so be it.
