Solicitors work really hard as it is. In my field, working hours are still not enough to get through everything you need to. Now sra want us to spend time on dealing with complaints which will no doubt rise, add more pressure on us (like we don't have enough stress as it is) and will take away time spent on actually helping clients. Why can't the sra be on our side for once? Why are they determined to make our lives hell? I have been the subject of unjustified complaints and I'm sure, even solicitor has which just takes our time, money and sanity.
