Thanks Simon, my main reason for reporting this interesting speech (necessarily in a brief and highly selective fashion) was to encourage people to read it in full. There's lots more in it - I was personally interested in the indication that a senior member of the judiciary has got his head around the main reasons why so many government IT projects go wrong.
As you say, I included a link within the text but I wonder if our current web design shows these up prominently enough. Would it be better to flag up this sort of link separately? (Likewise for court judgments.)
