Now they just 'phone around for the cheapest quote adding that they know we are all insured so they might as well go to the cheapest as, should anything go wrong, they can always sue...

I recently asked if the local boatman would take me around to Conwy at the end of his day. "Sorry, David, that would breach the terms of my insurance policy". I used to steer those boats, under supervision, when I was about 10 years old.

Where, when and how did it all go so wrong?
