Ah yes, the Litigants who think that the CPR doesn't apply to them. A case example being the chap who tried telling me that the court had ordered that I provide my qualifications and regulatory details to him and the same for all our company staff dealing with his case to him and to the court.

I politely pointed out that the court had made no such order and that I suggest he avoided fabricating any more orders.

He then tried to rely on his own "expert report" prepared by himself of course. When I pointed out that it was a small claims case and that he had no permission to rely on an expert report, I was accused of being corrupt.

Oh how I chuckled at that one!
