What a Crock of Bleeep!!

'Record Papers' dictate, that fees are hiked and in some cases done so substantially, where it is desired that the GENUINE OUTCOME sought after from such hikes, is that it will produce the REDUCTION in such services uptake, where the people can no longer afford it.

And so therefore the Government are talking out of both sides of their mouths, when they make such trifling claims that this sort of thing is being done in order to make things fair and moreover that it is all being done in line with 'Rule of Law'.
