"In light of the challenging financial circumstances we face" - you mean the self imposed changes caused by a Tory Government. I thought we were coming out of the recession. Why not just be honest about it - you want people to be chucked out of the country so you are going to stop them accessing the courts to prevent this happening - even if the decisions made to throw them out are unlawful - sounds like a police state to me. Shocking that this is happening in Britain today. Shame on the Government for making access to justice only available for the rich.
