Even the language these people use gives the impression that those who talk crap, are crap. What sort of person describes themselves as an 'impact executive'?

Additionally, organisations get change fatigue, which means that post-transformation you have no allies and it is time to move on,’ what could better describe the person who throws the **** up into the fan and then scarpas before the fan starts to spin.

If a person flits from organisation to organisation, scattering his (usually his) bright ideas around, and pushing out those who get in his way, but isn't prepared to see his project through, don't touch him.
