It is precisely these 'vulnerable customers' who are more susceptible to being ripped off by fee paying, unregulated MFs. Also does the LSB think that Solicitors don't deal with vulnerable customers? I'm afraid the LSB's (and SRA's) logic is all over the place on this issue.
