Your Honour is of course entitled to your opinion even though you are wrong. The entire Justice system has been run-down and is under-resourced with Judges acting as the knuckle-duster end enforcers for an elite regime which wishes to deny citizens access to justice because it costs money. Of course it costs money. It should. And the service should be fully resourced and be effective and efficient. And judges should stand up for access to justice instead of helping rip it to shreds.
