Thanks for that, Frank. If you were instructed to give expert evidence in a case such as I have outlined above, would you say that I should, or should not, have asked the sellers' solicitor if they were insured and, if so, by whom and, given the valueof £5m, for what sum? Would your answer be different if the consideration had been £1m. Would you ned to know more about the transaction before replying?
