Litigation Friend or Mackenzie Friend as you called them are not all bad people you want people to believe so you can blame them for the injustices that our Judicial and Court system has caused and are now pointing their fingers at the Mackenzie Friend to satisfy their owe greed lets not forget it is the court system who has allowed the Litigation Friend or Mackenzie Friend to assist people in court and can charged for any work done i.e. Litigants in person (cost & expenses act 1975) or buy the book called Cooks on Costs which is somewhat helpful furthermore you don't have to be qualified to know the law and the Statute that regulated it into an Act of Parliament the trouble is that the people are asleep to the wrongs that are being created by our system acting beyond the powers where they have a duty of care toward the people who have suffered injustices.
