How about we all recognize it for what it is. The changes will be made because the hedge funds which own the major insurance companies are bank rolling the current government. So despite the fact that they will be pretending that injuries are not really there anymore, upping the small claims limit to prevent access to justice and as we all know not policing the insurance companies to ensure that the so called savings (the fact that they make billions in profit every year aside!!) are passed on...it will be a jolly good result for the man on the street and BBC Breakfast News will shout it from the rooftops!
