This is indeed very good news and I look forward to reading the judgement. What nonsense it is to say that the referendum result has force of law in any sense although it does of course have great political importance. We should remember that 40% of those eligible to vote did indeed say they wanted to leave and this is important. It is now not before time for the elected members and our legislature as a whole to get on with their job and debate the matter in proper order.
