It's all a farce. Cameron decided on the referendum and put it in place through an Act of Parliament. Before the vote he said that if the vote was to leave, he would immediately trigger Article 50. So the man behind it all clearly thought parliament wouldn't have to be involved at this stage. It's another example of the collective incompetence that has engulfed this country. We've had a referendum and no one knows what it means! The rest of the world must be laughing at us. Also, what does the Judgment mean? Do parliament have to vote to trigger Article 50? If so and there are then negotiations does parliament have to vote again on those. What happens if parliament votes down the proposals? It looks like there might be an early general election to me.
