So, is it to be rule of law or rule by Press Baron? Surely the Daily Mail (and other) headlines are undermining the Judiciary here? Dare we stand up to those who threaten 'riots on the streets'? What legal remedy is there to challenge those Press Barons who are clearly trying to take control of the political agenda through the tools of intimidation and threat?
