I haven't had time to read the Judgment yet, but will someone please tell me if I've got it wrong: Parliament is sovereign - Parliament passed the Referendum Act for the specific reason for the country to decide whether we remain in the EU or leave it. The country decided that we should leave. Therefore we have to leave - that must be an absolute. If we have to have Parliament's approval to trigger Art 50, Parliament cannot but say 'yes', because without doing so we cannot leave the EC. It would, therefore, be a complete waste of time. Leaving the EC means exactly that - leaving; not partially leaving, not 'if or butting', but leaving. So why don't we stop procrastinating and just get on with it?!
