Nigel Farage was right - Lord Thomas should have recused himself from this case due to his conflict of interest. The various logical flaws in the judgment itself will hopefully be exposed and dealt with in the Supreme Court. If those judges also fail to make sure they have no conflict of interest before hearing the case and if they fail to uphold the sovereignty of the people (whom parliament are supposed to represent) then we will have a constitutional crisis and I for one will join the march to encourage our Supreme Court to do the right thing. Don't blame UKIP for this mess. Blame Edward Heath and successive Conservative and Labour governments over the last 40 years. If this issue goes to another General Election (probably delayed until 2020), don't say Nigel Farage didn't tell you what is coming - anger like we've never seen before and hopefully arising from that anger a new government with an unequivocal mandate and the guts to get on with the job of Brexit. We can't thrive and prosper as a global free trading nation our own terms until Brexit is in the bag. We the people already decided that's what we want. The government doesn't seem to be up to the job.
