(1) Re. "Over the past decade, all SC justices selected have been male, white and…", who determined that they were all "white". If it was all the SC justices themselves who made a declaration they were all white then fair enough. Otherwise it is case of someone else deciding to label some/all of these SC justices as being "white".

Since when in the UK has it been appropriate for people other than the subject themselves to determine the subject's race?

(2) Re. "none of the justices are from a disadvantaged background, again, who determined this? Many factors can cause a person growing up to be disadvantaged (in addition to those that the vociferously aggrieved cliques broadcast). An alcoholic or emotionally cold parent, a scornful teacher or a mental affliction would all tend towards creating a disadvantaged background in my book, as would many other factors.
