I once received the file of a 'difficult client' from a large national firm where their attendances had been typed on the back of a previous client's notes.(saving paper) When the client decided that my advice was pretty much the same as his former advisers and asked for his file...A quick phone call and a lot of photocopying later 'the client' never did arrive to collect his file.
