Dominic Cooper seems to be taking a swing at the judges.

I can't speak for the big cities though I suspect judicial sentiments there are the same.

I can speak for the provinces. Local judges and magistrates have fought ferocious campaigns to try and save local courts, or to juryrig (to borrow a word) local hearing rooms to replace them when all else failed. Judges swear oaths to do the job right and take them seriously. If the machinery won't permit that then sooner or later they will rebel rather than try to talk common sense to those in power.

I'm like Anon at 16.30 by temperament, but I'm being sorely tested.
