Just a couple of brief points to the anonymous person below.
Wales is ruled from England and by England which at present has 533 MPs to our 40.
I said we have devolution but not on the economy, defence or foreign policy. I note you did not mention peripheral neglect which is the cause of our appearant poverty. In case you didn't know we pay our share of the cost of running Parliament, the Ministry of Defence and London as a capital city. The wages are classed as income earned in London.
Wales is a rich country with plenty of natural resources but they are contolled by England.
As for whose fault it is I agree its not just the Tories but they are in power now.
