Judges moan about the lack of advocacy skills. When everyone has no (need for) advocacy skills then we have reached the bottom of the barrel.
The court system in England is a complete shambles. It does not appear as though any skills are required to get a job in the court office. Back in the days of yore, in my local county court, when proceedings were commenced the senior guy there would check the papers and phone if he saw an error and then put it right.
When will these judge and politician chumps realise that fewer properly better paid legal representatives would speed up the process and overall cost less?
I am having an operation soon. I hope that it is not performed by an A level biology student. If it is, at least the NHS will have saved money.
